Punjab Car Hire (unit of Victoria Car Rental Pvt. Ltd.) reserves the right to change the terms, conditions and notices under which the Services are offered through the Website, including but not limited to the charges for the Services provided through the Website. The courts of Delhi shall have the sole and exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any matters arising from the use of the services offered by Punjab Car Hire (unit of Victoria Car Rental Pvt. Ltd.) or the agreement or arrangement between Punjab Car Hire (unit of Victoria Car Rental Pvt. Ltd.) and the Customer. The User shall be responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions.

Detaining of the Car

Where the vehicle is detained by the customer beyond the date & time up OR destination for which the customer has made an online booking, the customer will be charged extra at the rate of minimum of 250 kms per day depending upon the category of the car used. Customers are expected to confirm the per Km charges of the vehicle being so detained prior to detaining such vehicle and no representation in this respect shall entertained later.In event where the customer wishes to detain the vehicle beyond the date & time up OR destination for which the customer has made an online booking,the customer shall have to deposit charges for 250 Kms in advance for a day. Company reserves the right to refuse the customers request for detaining of vehicle beyond the date & time up OR destination for which the customer has made an online booking.

In case of Airport - Punjab bookings, where the chauffer is retained beyond 10:00 PM, chauffer retention charges shall be paid by the customer which is Rs 600/-.

For Pick Ups and Drops

Lumpsump Vehicle Hire Charges / Package (Outstation And Local Trips / Tours).

  • Pickup and Point Will Be One Only (If Multiple Pickups and Drop Plz Mentions Email Conversation Before Paying Booking Amount).
  • Parking Charges is Extra.
  • Total Amount is Valid Only For Places Which is Mention in Booking Email.
  • Tour Destination / Route Cannot Change Without Prior Notice (Amended Route and Tour Destination Rates May Be Change).
  • We Count 1 Day From 5 Am Till 10 Pm If You Need Vehicle Before 5 Am or After 10 Pm in That Case Client Will Pay Full Day Charges.
  • GST charged extra.
  • If The Vehicle is Not in Good Condition at The Time of Pickup Plz Inform To Company Phone or Email ID Before Start The Trip.
  • The rates are subject to change, depending on the fluctuation of diesel/Petrol prices in India.
  • Any abuse to our drivers or unacceptable behaviour or driver feels in risk the driver has the right to ask the passengers to leave the vehicle.

For Taxes, Parkings, Time, and Kilometers

On KM Basis cabs For Outstation Trips / Tours Only.

  • Km And Time Start From Our Garage To Garage.
  • Toll Taxes, Parkings, State Taxes Paid By Hirer.
  • 250 Kms Per Day Minimum Charge For Outstation Trips / Tours.
  • AC Will Not Work in Hill Areas Or Stoped / Parked Vehicle.
  • We Count 1 Day From 5 Am Till 10 Pm If You Need Vehicle Before 5 Am or After 10 Pm in That Case Client Will Pay Full Day Charges.

Delhi Local Use Conditions.

On KM Basis cabs For Outstation Trips / Tours Only.

  • Km And Time Start From Our Garage To Garage.

  • Minimum 8 Hours And 80 Kms Limit.
  • Driver Night Charges Start After 10 PM.
  • AC Will Not Work While Stoped / Parked Vehicle.
  • If The Vehicle is Not in Good Condition at The Time of Pickup Plz Inform To Company Phone or Email ID Before Start The Trip.

For Breakdown

In the event of any breakdown, a replacement vehicle will be provided to the customer without any extra charges. Although, Punjab Car Hire (unit of Victoria Car Rental Pvt. Ltd.) shall try to provide the customer with replacement vehicle of same category .We shall not be liable for any delays & alterations in the program me or expenses incurred due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, closures/blocades due to political unrest or any such incidents.


Payment Policy

One of the main areas that I work on with my clients is shedding these non-supportive beliefs and replacing them with beliefs that will help them to accomplish their desires.

  • All rental payments are to be made by Cash, Credit Cards and Bank Transfers.
  • 25% Payment will be taken in advance as a Booking Amount (non-refundable amount).
  • Driver or our executive Will Take Balance Full Payment at Pick Up Time Hotel / Airport / Rly Station / Home.
  • Please take care of the belongings before leaving the cab and Punjab Car Hire (unit of Victoria Car Rental Pvt. Ltd.) is not responsible for any loss.
  • Any delay due to unavoidable circumstances like Flight Delay, Traffic jam, Accident, Collision conditions etc. Punjab Car Hire (unit of Victoria Car Rental Pvt. Ltd.) is not held responsible.
  • If the payment on the credit card / Debit Card / Net Banking is declined / Failed for some reason, for alternate payment instructions you must call in Punjab Car Hire (unit of Victoria Car Rental Pvt. Ltd.) , 72 hours prior to the time of departure, else the order is liable to be cancelled.
  • Sometimes Online Making Payment Through Our Websites it takes 24 hours to 36 hours To Reflect Amount in Our Account and We Cannot Confirm or Provide any Services unless we received amount.

Cancellation Policy

Customer can cancel their booking of car, bus, coaches with a prior notice.

  • All the cancellation requests must be entertained through calling our helpline number or send Email on Company Email ID. Please don't deal with the driver for cancellation directly.
  • Customer can't leave vehicle between destination without any confirmation. Confirm your cancellation on [email protected]
  • In case the booking is cancelled without prior notice the advance deposit will be deducted fully as penalty.
  • 30% Booking Amount is Not Refundable.
  • No refund or any changes will be accepted at last minute for tour starting or after starting or middle of the tour.
  • Above are the cancellation rules but we will put our best possible effort to waive/minimize the cancellation charges.

International Use

The best way is to develop and follow a plan. Start with your goals in mind and then work backwards to develop the plan. What steps are required to get you to the goals? Make the plan as detailed as possible. Try to visualize and then plan for, every possible setback. Commit the plan to paper and then keep it with you at all times. Review it regularly and ensure that every step takes you closer to your Vision and Goals. If the plan doesn't support the vision then change it
